Draft Mount.Holly Subdivision Regulations — this 2011 revision of the current 1998 Regulations was rejected by voters of Mount Holly in 2011. The Planning Commission is working on a new draft and is currently in discussion with the lawyers of the Vermont League of Cities and Towns abouit new features that the lawyers believe will strenghten the regulations and give Mount Holly greater control over its future.
