The Rutland County Parent/Child Center is offering a Playgroup at the
Mount Holly Library each Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 am.
We are very excited about the return of the playgroup with new stories, activities and fun!
Lynn Gould is the Play Group Facilitator. She is a teacher with a
concentration in early childhood education and early intervention. Lynn loves working with families and children helping them learn and explore new materials together.
The Mount Holly Playgroup is a free informal gathering for families and their children birth to five years for age. Each session has an activity and a story is read. There is time for play with educational toys and time for parents to share. Let’s face it, having children is easy. Raising them? That’s the challenge! Don’t do it alone, join the Mt. Holly Playgroup and find support. Meet like-minded parents who live near you!
Everybody Wins! Playgroups provide parents and babies/toddlers with a social environment for learning. Parents get to experience their child in different and interesting ways and learn some of the child’s limits and capacities.
